Imagine: you're in an office full of technologically brilliant people who know the insides of a social networking community so well that they could walk it in their sleep.  The boss and his right-hand man are constantly considering upgrades and using jargon that sounds like something out of a sci-fi flick.  The developers and designers hole up in their dark little offices and regularly animate strokes of genius in their respective monitors.

And guess what?  You're now in charge of keeping the roof over these amazing people.  You keep the 'net flowing.  You're in charge of the utilities, the communications, the meet-and-greets with clients and investors.  You are now -the- operator of the office.  You are integral. 

Sounds intimidating, doesn't it?

This is me.  I'm a sarcastic, sharp-tongued redhead with a gift for keeping scattered people and paperwork under wraps and in order.  My job is simple: Keep it running.  Where my office cohorts are the faces, the sweat, and the blood behind this fantastic community, I am the backbone.  Often required to think three steps ahead of the crew, I daresay that a certain sense of foresight is required to ride herd on such a massive endeavor.

With most of my background in the role of an Executive Assistant, I have over six years of real-estate experience in Title, working the trenches with the mortgage brokers, realtors, and big, bad banks of of the world.  I've closed deals in the millions and helped low-income earners scale their own personal mountains and achieve their first homes.  Real estate has been a rewarding field for me, both personally and professionally, and being a part of the ActiveRain Community as an important addition to their team is a position that I am thankful for on many fronts.
